Martin Dorey, charismatic Author, TV presenter, Photographer and the brains behind international clean up campaign ‘The 2 minute beach clean’ talks about his life behind the lens- and in front of it.
Martin has written and photographed 3 successful books- ‘The Camper Van Cookbook’, ‘The Camper Van Coast’ and ‘The Camper Van Bible’ and he wrote and presented the hit BBC2 series ‘One man and his Camper Van’. As you can probably tell, he’s keen on camper vans. He’s also directed successful TV commercials, short films and even worked for a while photographing surfers. His experiences doing this, and as a keen surfer himself, led him to think up the idea for ‘the 2 minute beach clean’ which has been a runaway international success and has made Martin quite the go-to media celebrity, with many appearances on TV and radio.
Imagery has always been a big part of Martin’s career, and he has a lot of stories, knowledge and experience to share. His enthusiasm and good-natured humour will ensure an entertaining evening, with something to interest everybody.
